Wow what can I say about my massage today! To start with I was greeted with a lovely smile, Next came the massage and Jayne pin pointed the areas of need and worked on these with care to alleviate the pain and tight muscles. Had such a relaxing facial including microdermabrasion and red light therapy. Such an improvement in my skin could be seen straight away. Definitely recommend! As always Jane makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the treatment
