A massage and a therapy session in one from someone who really intuitively understands the body. If you need to talk you can, if you need to be silent and feel your emotions as your tension eases, you can. If you want to talk all the way through your massage, you can! I’m grateful for my time with Jane. I left feeling heard and seen and less knotted and know I can go without judgment for treatments to help me take care of myself.

As always Jane provided an excellent service in what has become challenging conditions and requirements. Jane always delivers a first class service. I arrived for my planned appointment, however I had another issue which she spoke to me about and offered to take a look as she had a little time spare, and managed to help me with that so I left feeling much better than when I walked in.
